I eat a lot of calories per day, around 3000. This is relatively easy with meat. However my body functions poorly when I start eating junk foods with white flour, sugar, corn syrup, etc. I've tried being vegetarian before and I ended up just eating a lot of junk food, and rebelled hard back into eating meat.
